Best Of The Meat Loaves
- 1 small white onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- Chop onion andtreen pepper in very small pieces. Beat eggs until creamy.
- Chop
- breadtnto
- small
- pieces.
- Mix all ingredients using
- half
- of
- tomato
- sauce.
- Grease
- a 2-quart Pyrex baking
- dish.
- Pour
- ingredients into Pyrex dish. Shape, then pour remaining
- tomato sauce over top of meat loaf.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 1tour and 25 minutes or until well done.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
