  1. Chop onion andtreen pepper in very small pieces. Beat eggs until creamy.
  2. Chop

  5. pieces.
  6. Mix all ingredients using

  9. tomato
  10. sauce.
  11. Grease
  12. a 2-quart Pyrex baking
  13. dish.
  14. Pour
  15. ingredients into Pyrex dish. Shape, then pour remaining
  16. tomato sauce over top of meat loaf.
  17. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1tour and 25 minutes or until well done.
  18. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
