Winter Squash and Apples (Slow Cooker)

  1. Cut squash into 2 inch pieces and place in slow cooker.
  2. Add apples and onions.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir well.
  4. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  5. Just before serving, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter and stir in with squash, apples, and onions.
  6. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
