Double Apple Ring
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 jar (16 oz.) applesauce
- 1-1/2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 6 lettuce leaves
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
- Gently stir in applesauce.
- Pour into 4-1/2-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Meanwhile, mix apples, marshmallows, celery, walnuts and dressing.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Unmold gelatin onto serving plate; surround with lettuce.
- Fill center with apple mixture.
- Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
