Double Apple Ring

• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 jar (16 oz.) applesauce
• 1-1/2 cups chopped apples
• 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 1/2 cup sliced celery
• 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
• 6 lettuce leaves

1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
2. until completely dissolved.
3. Stir in cold water.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
5. Gently stir in applesauce.
6. Pour into 4-1/2-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.
7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
8. Meanwhile, mix apples, marshmallows, celery, walnuts and dressing.
9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
10. Unmold gelatin onto serving plate; surround with lettuce.
11. Fill center with apple mixture.
12. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
