Seafood Bisque Recipe

  1. Combine chowder and lowfat milk; heat to boiling.
  2. Add in mushrooms with liquid and crabmeat.
  3. Heat through.
  4. Stir in sherry just before serving.
  5. Float a bit of butter on top.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
  7. Makes 4 or possibly 5 servings.
