Shrimp and Black Bean Caviar

  1. Coarsely chop the shrimp.
  2. Gently combine the shrimp with all remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and chill 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
