Parmesan Pitas

  1. Cut pita bread into tortilla chip like shapes.
  2. Spread with softened butter.
  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese liberally over the buttered pita.
  4. The cheap jar of the powder like parmesan seems to work best for this recipe.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Put under broiler and watch closely.
  7. It will only take a couple of minutes to cook.
  8. Remove when they start to brown.
  9. Enjoy hot and fresh out of the oven!
