Parmesan Pitas
- 1 package (14 Oz. Size Or Larger) Pita Bread (Any Variety)
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 jar Parmesan Cheese (8 Ounce Jar, The Powdered Type)
- Cut pita bread into tortilla chip like shapes.
- Spread with softened butter.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese liberally over the buttered pita.
- The cheap jar of the powder like parmesan seems to work best for this recipe.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Put under broiler and watch closely.
- It will only take a couple of minutes to cook.
- Remove when they start to brown.
- Enjoy hot and fresh out of the oven!
