Fran's Banana Crunch Cake

  1. Grease and flour in 10 tube pan.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Stir in frosting mix and oatmeal.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Blend cake mix, eggs, banana, and sour cream.
  6. Pour 1/3 batter into pan.
  7. Sprinkle 1/3 crumb mixture.
  8. Repeat with batter and frosting mix in layers.
  9. Bake in a 350* oven for 50-60 minute
  10. Cool upright in pan for 15 minute Remove from pan and turn so the crumb mix is on the top.
