White Oil Clam Sauce With Pasta Recipe

  1. Open littlenecks, reserve juice and chop littlenecks.
  2. Saute/fry mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil and butter.
  3. Add in garlic and saute/fry lightly.
  4. Be careful not to burn.
  5. Add in littlenecks and spices.
  6. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 min.
  7. Pour over spaghetti.
  8. Optional: Small shrimp and bay scallops.
