Sweet & Sour Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. If using chicken breasts, cut into strips.
  3. Flour each strip and lay them in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  4. Mix apricot preserves with onion soup and spread over chicken.
  5. Pour dressing over all and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Serve with 4 lbs.
  7. of teriyaki stir fry veggies and fried rice for a delicious meal!
