  1. Roll chicken in flour then heat oil up and brown chicken.
  2. Take chicken out of pan and put it to the side
  3. Using the same oil.
  4. Take out any pieces of fat in the oil.
  5. cook the garlic, onions, bell peppers, and carrots for about 4 mins
  6. Mix in tomatoes, chicken broth, and tomato paste.
  7. Bring to a boil and season as desired
  8. Place the chicken in the pot and any juices with it.
  9. Let simmer for about 20 mins or untill chicken is white inside
  10. Can serve over rice or pasta
