Atkins Ice Cream Pie

  1. Heat ovento 425.
  2. Whisk togther bake mix, almond flour, and sugar substitute.
  3. Add egg, egg yolk, butter and vanilla.
  4. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Pat dough into a pie plate and crimp edges.
  6. Chill in freezer 10 inutes.
  7. Prick dough all over with a fork.
  8. Bake 15-17 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Spoon ice cream into crust; smooth top.
  11. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
  12. Serve with praline sauce.
