Peking Pork Pasta Salad

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, saute; pork in oil 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
  2. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, sherry, and sesame oil.
  3. In a large serving bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. pour dressing over top and stir together.
  5. Tastes great warm or cold.
