Corn Chip Pie
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 cups corn chips
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- Fresh jalapeno peppers (optional)
- Brown ground beef in large skillet.
- Stir in onions, tomatoes, cumin and garlic powder; cook and stir until onions are tender.
- Add corn chips; toss lightly.
- Place meat mixture in 12x8-inch baking dish.
- Top with VELVEETA.
- Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted.
- Top with jalapenos and enjoy the good taste of VELVEETA.
