Flavored Rice Made With Chunky Stew
- 360 ml Uncooked white rice
- 1/2 Carrot
- 2 Dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 Aburaage
- 2 pinch Salt
- Re-hydrate the dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water.
- Finely chop the re-hydrated mushrooms and the carrot.
- Cut the aburaage into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the rice and add the stew liquid up to the 2 cup line.
- If you don't have enough liquid, add the water that the shiitake mushrooms were soaking in.
- Add the shiitake, carrots, and aburaage to the rice cooker bowl and cook.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with salt, stir, and enjoy!
