Cinnamon-Apple Breakfast Sandwich
- 8 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
- 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 2 medium apples, sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- SPREAD each bread slice with 1 Tbsp.
- cream cheese.
- Top 4 of the bread slices with equally divided apples and cinnamon; cover with remaining bread slice, cream cheese-side down.
- MELT margarine in nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add each sandwich; cook 3 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- SERVE each breakfast sandwich with an 8 fl oz (1 cup) glass of milk.
