• 1 ounce vodka
• 2 tablespoons lemon sorbet
• prosecco or champagne
• mint, Freshly chopped
• lemon peel, twist

1. Place the sorbet and vodka in a chilled champagne flute and stir gently.
2. Top with Prosecco and garnish with freshly chopped mint and lemon twist.
