Pulled Pork Quesadillas
- Coleslaw
- 3 qt. coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 3/4 cup onions, thinly sliced Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup Kraft Coleslaw Dressing
- Pulled Pork
- - pork butt, cooked, pulled
- 2 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- Assembly
- 48 each Small flour tortillas
- 48 slices Kraft Extra Swiss Cheese Slices
- Coleslaw: Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Pulled Pork: Cook ingredients in saucepan on medium heat until heated through.
- For each serving: Top 1 tortilla with 1 cheese slice, 2-3/4 oz.
- (80 g) Pulled Pork and 2 oz.
- (60 g) Coleslaw; cover with second cheese slice and second tortilla.
- Cook on a griddle on medium-high heat 2 min.
- on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadilla is golden brown on both sides.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
