Pork Au Onion(Serves 6 To 8)

  1. Put boneless pork into a baking dish. Cover roast with the vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. Add enough water to cover roast.
  3. Bake with cover for 1 hour at 350u0b0.
  4. Saute onions in butter until well cooked while roast is baking.
  5. After 1 hour, remove baking dish from the oven.
  6. Drain the pork and remove any excess fat from the roast.
  7. Slice pork roast and return to baking dish.
  8. Cover with onions, red wine and mustard.
  9. Bake, uncovered, about 1/2 hour or until sauce is thick.
  10. Garnish with red and green peppers or other colorful vegetables.
