Maple Pork

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Transfer to a ziploc bag, and marinate pork overnight.
  3. Drain pork, salt to taste, and barbecue until done (about 5-6 minutes per side).
  4. Serve.
