Blue Cheese Dressing

• 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
• 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
• 34 cup sour cream
• salt
• fresh ground pepper
• Equal sugar substitute (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended.
2. Refrigerate overnite.
