Baked Manicotti

  1. In large skillet, brown beef, stirring.
  2. With slotted spoon transfer beef into large bowl and add egg, salt, herbs, pepper and 1 1/4 cups jar sauce.
  3. Stir in 8 ounces Mozzarella.
  4. With small spoon, fill raw manicotti with meat mixture.
  5. Preheat oven to 375u0b0. Spoon 3 1/2 cups sauce in bottom of 17 x 12 x 2-inch baking pan. Arrange 3 rows of manicotti lengthwise.
  6. Cover with remaining sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan
  7. and top with rest of cheese.
  8. Bake covered with foil 60 minutes; bake uncovered 10 minutes.
