Stir-Fried Chicken And Zucchini

  1. Cut chicken in thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in frypan.
  3. Add chicken and garlic.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until chicken turns white, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove garlic.
  6. Add soy sauce and stir. Add celery, mushrooms and zucchini.
  7. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes.
  8. Mix cornstarch and water.
  9. Add slowly to chicken mixture. Cook until ingredients are coated with thin glaze, about 1 minute.
  10. Makes 6 (3/4-cup) servings.
  11. About 155 calories per serving.
