Ricotta Cheese Pie Recipe

  1. Bring 3 c. of salted water to a boil, turn down heat and add in cornmeal slowly.
  2. Keep stiring till it thickens.
  3. Let it cold a little then add in cream cheese, ricotta, and Parmesan, mixing well.
  4. Finally, add in beaten Large eggs.
  5. season with salt as needed.
  6. If filling is too thick, add in lowfat milk to desired smoothness.
  7. Fill pie shells, apply toppings.
  8. Pierce topping five places with a fork.
  9. Bake at 350 till golden.
