Venison Chops In Foil Recipe

  1. Heat 1/2 butter in large heavy skillet and saute/fry the chops for 10 min.
  2. Transfer to a heated plate and keep hot.
  3. Heat remaining butter in skillet and saute/fry onions, mushrooms and parsley till golden brown.
  4. Salt and pepper.
  5. Turn off heat and prepare foil packets.
  6. Cut 8 pcs of foil, each 10 x 14 inches.
  7. On each piece, place in center one piece of ham; top with a venison chop.
  8. Add in a generous Tbsp.
  9. mushroom mix and 1 Tbsp.
  10. lowfat sour cream.
  11. Seal.
  12. Place in 350 degree oven for 20 min.
  13. Serve in foil.
