Cheesecake Yogurt Cake

  1. Break up the white chocolate and put into a heatproof bowl.
  2. Melt in the microwave.
  3. Add the egg, yogurt, and pancake mix, and mix thoroughly.
  4. Finally, mix in the lemon juice.
  5. It will become a fluffy batter.
  6. Line a pound cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 30 minutes.
  8. I made a 15 cm round cake!
  9. It's even more like a cheesecake than if you use a pound cake pan.
  10. I replaced the lemon juice with apple cider vinegar and it was tart and closer to a cheesecake taste!
