Stuffed Breakfast Tortilla
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Montreal Steak Seasoning (optional)
- 1 Tortilla
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese | Mexican
- 1/2 Onion | Diced
- 1/2 cup Tomato | Diced
- 1/2 cup Lettuce | Shredded
- 1 Salsa (to taste)
- 1 Sour Cream (to taste)
- 1 Ortega Taco Sauce (to taste)
- Whisk eggs, milk, and Montreal Seasoning in small bowl.
- Scramble eggs in medium skillet until light and fluffy.
- Preheat a medium skillet until hot.
- On tortilla shell, place eggs on one half.
- Then cover same half with tomato, onion, and cheese.
- Fold the empty side of tortilla over the side with eggs.
- Place in skillet and cook on both sides until tortilla is golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and open tortilla.
- Top the side with eggs with remaining ingredients of your choice.
- Fold empty side back over and enjoy :)
