Stuffed Breakfast Tortilla

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, and Montreal Seasoning in small bowl.
  2. Scramble eggs in medium skillet until light and fluffy.
  3. Preheat a medium skillet until hot.
  4. On tortilla shell, place eggs on one half.
  5. Then cover same half with tomato, onion, and cheese.
  6. Fold the empty side of tortilla over the side with eggs.
  7. Place in skillet and cook on both sides until tortilla is golden brown.
  8. Remove from skillet and open tortilla.
  9. Top the side with eggs with remaining ingredients of your choice.
  10. Fold empty side back over and enjoy :)
