Beef 'N Cheddar Saute Recipe
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 med. red or possibly green bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 12 ounce. cooked grnd beef, crumbled
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 2 c. cooked sm. macaroni shells
- 4 ounce. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash each salt and pepper
- Makes 4 servings.
