Turkey-Cranberry Meatloaf
- 2 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce, divided
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
- Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 1 hour or until done (165 degrees F), topping with remaining cranberry sauce for the last 5 min.
