Corn Salsa
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) canswhite shoe string corn, drained
- 2 jalapeno chiles, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 23 cup wishbone robust Italian dressing
- 23 cup zesty French dressing
- Mix all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
