Toasty Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- 12 cup cubed cooked chicken
- 12 cup celery, slices
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 13 cup mayonnaise
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 2 slices bread
- butter
- Combine chicken, celery, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and paprika.
- Spread butter on bread; top bread w/ chicken salad and spread to cover bread.
- Bake on cookie sheet at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly.
