Crispy Pumpkins

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium-low heat; add marshmallows.
  2. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in yellow and red food color.
  4. Stir in cereal until well coated.
  5. Let mixture cool 5 minutes.
  6. Shape about 1 cup cereal mixture into round shape, using buttered measuring cup to portion out mixture.
  7. Press mini chocolate roll candy halves into top of pumpkin.
  8. Press butter knife edge into sides of crispy balls to create indentations on sides to resemble pumpkin.
  9. Pipe green frosting around stem to create vines.
