Mac and Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Add milk, ditalini, butter, nutmeg, salt, and mustard to a pot.
  3. Staying by the pot, stir the macaroni until it boils.
  4. As soon as it boils, turn the pot down to the very lowest setting and stir every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes.
  5. If the macaroni is dry and still not cooked, add 2 tbsp of milk or water.
  6. Wait 10 more minutes, or until pasta is cooked through and milk has evaporated.
  7. Add mix-ins - turkey bacon, mushrooms, etc.
  8. Stir and add cheese.
  9. Put pasta in a dish and broil for 5 minutes, or even use a blowtorch.
