Mac and Cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ditalini
- 12 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 14 cup mushroom
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Add milk, ditalini, butter, nutmeg, salt, and mustard to a pot.
- Staying by the pot, stir the macaroni until it boils.
- As soon as it boils, turn the pot down to the very lowest setting and stir every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes.
- If the macaroni is dry and still not cooked, add 2 tbsp of milk or water.
- Wait 10 more minutes, or until pasta is cooked through and milk has evaporated.
- Add mix-ins - turkey bacon, mushrooms, etc.
- Stir and add cheese.
- Put pasta in a dish and broil for 5 minutes, or even use a blowtorch.
