All-American Tater Tot Casserole
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 whole Small Onion, Diced
- 10- 3/4 ounces, fluid Cream Of Celery Soup
- 10- 3/4 ounces, fluid Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 10- 3/4 ounces, fluid Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Pepper Jack Velveeta-cubed
- 28 ounces, weight Bag Of Tater Tots
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown the hamburger and onion in a large pan.
- Drain the fat.
- Add the cans of soup, milk, salt, pepper, Velveeta cheese and 3/4 of the bag of Tater Tots.
- Cook and stir until the cheese melts.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish and top with remaining Tater Tots.
- Bake for 45 minutes until Tater Tots are brown.
- Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
