Cajun Style Marinade Recipe

• 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
• 1/4 c. Vinegar
• 1/4 c. Chopped celery
• 1/4 c. Chopped onion
• 1/4 c. Chopped green pepper
• 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
• 1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning Mix
• 1 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce - (to 1 1/2 tspns)

1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients till well blended.
2. Chill till ready to use.
