Easy Stuffed Chicken Wings For Christmas
- 14 Chicken wings
- 250 grams Minced meat
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Panko
- 1 dash each Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp x 2 Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp x 2 Mirin
- 2 tbsp x 2 Sake
- 2 tsp x 2 Honey
- 1/2 clove x 2 Grated ginger
- Use a knife or scissors to remove the bones.
- Scissors are easier.
- Mince the onion and mix together with the ingredients.
- Stuff the minced meat mixture from Step 2 into the chicken from Step 1.
- Pack in as much as possible.
- Cook half of the wings (7) in a non-oiled frying pan with the skin facing down.
- Cook until golden.
- Mix together the sauce ingredients (the first part) and add to the frying pan.
- Top with a lid and cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
