Easy Stuffed Chicken Wings For Christmas

  1. Use a knife or scissors to remove the bones.
  2. Scissors are easier.
  3. Mince the onion and mix together with the ingredients.
  4. Stuff the minced meat mixture from Step 2 into the chicken from Step 1.
  5. Pack in as much as possible.
  6. Cook half of the wings (7) in a non-oiled frying pan with the skin facing down.
  7. Cook until golden.
  8. Mix together the sauce ingredients (the first part) and add to the frying pan.
  9. Top with a lid and cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
