Peaches N' Honey Sorbet Recipe

  1. Puree peaches in food processor or possibly blender to measure 3 1/2 c..
  2. Combine puree and remaining ingredients in saucepan.
  3. Cook over low heat till sugar dissolves.
  4. Cold.
  5. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
  6. Pack into freezer-proof containers.
  7. Freeze till hard.
  8. Makes about 1 qt.
