Marbled Cream Cheese Brownies
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. granulated sugar, divided
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract, divided
- 1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350u0b0.
- Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil so foil extends 2 inches beyond sides.
- Lightly butter bottom and sides.
- Melt chocolates. Cool 10 to 15 minutes until tepid.
- In a large bowl, using a hand held mixer set at medium beat together cream cheese and 1/3 cup of the sugar until smooth.
- Beat in one of the eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla until combined.
