Creamy Mediterranean Sub

  1. Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix mayo and dressing.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup of the mayo mixture onto cut sides of bread.
  4. Brush half of the remaining mayo mixture onto the chicken and vegetable pieces.
  5. Place chicken and vegetables, mayo-sides down, on grill grate.
  6. Grill chicken 16 min.
  7. or until cooked through (170F) and vegetables 8 min.
  8. or until crisp-tender, turning and brushing chicken and vegetable pieces with the remaining mayo mixture halfway through the cooking times.
  9. Place chicken on bottom half of bread; top evenly with vegetables.
  10. Cover with top of bread.
  11. Cut crosswise into eight pieces to serve.
