Yummy Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup (10 Oz)
- Over high heat, melt the butter in a skillet.
- Add the chicken pieces and quickly brown (about 30 seconds per side).
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Spoon the soup over the chicken.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Remove lid and baste chicken with soup.
- Continue to bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes longer or until the chicken is cooked through.
- * We like to use chicken breasts but this recipe works well with any kind of chicken pieces your family prefers simply adjust the cooking time.
- * Use any type of cream based soup cream of mushroom, celery, chicken, asparagus, broccoli whatever makes your skirt fly up!
