Chicken Tenders Sauteed in Curry Mayonnaise
- 3 Chicken tenders (or any cut of chicken)
- 2 tsp Sake
- 1 Plain cake flour
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Parsley
- Step 1: Sprinkle chicken tenders with sake, then let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain, then dredge in flour.
- Put mayonnaise in Teflon-coated frying pan, then saute chicken tenders.
- Coat in Krazy Salt and curry powder.
- Step 2: Sprinkle with parsley, then it's ready to serve.
