Halibut Steaks With Pesto Sauce
- 2 halibut steaks, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons pesto sauce (see above)
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 limes or lemons
- Wipe the steaks dry with paper towels.
- Spread the pesto on both sides of the steaks and allow them to sit for an hour at room temperature.
- Heat coals or broiler and grill the steaks on both sides until cooked.
- Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and serve, garnished with lemon or lime, cut in half.
