  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Cook noodles according to package
  3. Saute peppers and onion
  4. Brown beef in same pan
  5. Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray
  6. Add everything except cheeses and stir well
  7. Top with cheese
  8. Cook uncovered until cheese is hot and bubbly.
  9. About 15 minutes.
