Cajun Cod With Parsley Sauce Recipe
- 1 x 500 gram pac frzn cod fillets, defrosted
- 2 Tbsp. Cajun spice mix
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x 250 gram car fresh parsley sauce Lemon wedges
- Dry the fish fillets using absorbent kitchen paper.
- Rub each side of the fish with the Cajun spice mix to coat.
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan till really warm and fry the fish fillets on each side for 5-6 min.
- Place on a serving dish and keep to one side.
- Heat the sauce according to on pack instructions and pour over the fish.
- Decorate with lemon wedges and serve.
- Notes Delicious served with seasoned, buttered easy cook rice and garden peas.
- NOTES : A deliciousy spicy way to serve cod that is quick, easy and different.
