Dessert Fruit Pizza(6 Servings)

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. On large baking pan, place pastry. Fold edges under to form ridge.
  3. Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
  4. Top with small dollops of Ricotta.
  5. Sprinkle with raisins, nuts and spices.
  6. Arrange fruit on top.
  7. Drizzle with marmalade.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pastry is puffed and brown.
