Cabbage and Pork Stir Fry with Ume Soy Sauce
- 100 grams or as much (to taste) Thin sliced pork
- 1 dash each Pre-seasoning: Sake, soy sauce
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 1 Sugar snap peas, onion etc.
- 2 large * Umeboshi
- 2 tbsp * Mentsuyu
- 2 tbsp * Sake
- 1 clove Garlic
- Cut the cabbage into big pieces.
- Season the pork with sake and soy sauce.
- Mix the umeboshi (without the pits), mentsuyu sauce and sake together while tasting and adjusting.
- Stir fry the garlic and pork in a frying pan.
- Add the vegetables and continue stir-frying.
- Add the ume soy sauce at the end and mix.
