Chilled Tofu with Zha Cai
- 1 block Tofu
- 80 grams Seasoned zha cai (Chinese pickle)
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp White toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Ra-yu
- Make the sauce: Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and sugar in a heatproof container, and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add the sesame oil and ra-yu and mix well.
- Chop up the zha cai roughly.
- Cut the tofu into quarters, top with the zha cai, and pour the sauce over.
- Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and serve.
