Soft Tofu Hamburg Steak: Japanese Style

  1. Drain tofu.
  2. You can drain it easily putting it between two plates.
  3. Mince onion and heat it in a pan until it becomes semitransparent (medium heat).
  4. How to make sauce Add in a pan, heat, and add katakuriko slurry to thicken.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Make 6 patties.
  7. Make sure to remove the air pockets from patties!
  8. Heat oil in a pan, place patties and make shallow wells in the center of the patties.

  11. Heat with steam.
  12. Saute both sides of the patties.
