Lori's Hara Bara

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Cool.
  4. Rice.
  5. Mix with rest.
  6. Re-heat.
  7. Thai Curry Powder -- 1 tablespoons corriander seeds.
  8. 2 teaspoons cumin seeds.
  9. 3/8 teaspoons fennel seeds.
  10. 2 teaspoons cayenne.
  11. 1/4 teaspoons turmeric powder.
  12. 1/8 teaspoons cloves.
  13. 1 (1/4 inch) stick cinnamon.
  14. 1/4 teaspoons cardamom pods.
  15. 1/8 teaspoons fresh cracked pepper.
  16. Toast all.
  17. Grind.
  18. Makes 2 1/2 tablespoons.
