Ham Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
- 1 ounce. light cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoon apricot spreadable fruit
- 2 teaspoon plain nonfat yogurt
- 6 slices raisin bread
- Lettuce leaves
- 6 ounce. low salt ham thin
- 6 apple rings
- Combine cheese, spreadable fruit and yogurt in small bowl.
- Spread on bread.
- To make each sandwich, place lettuce on 1 slice of bread.
- Top with 2 slices ham, 1 apple ring and another slice of bread.
- Makes 3 sandwiches.
