Tex-Mex Pork Chops

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Center 1 chop on each of four 18x12-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil; sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt.
  3. Top evenly with beans, corn and tomatoes.
  4. Bring up foil sides.
  5. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  6. Place packets on grill; cover grill with lid.
  7. Grill 10 min.
  8. or until chops are cooked through (160F).
